IsraeliSource.com uses UPS as its exclusive agent for the shipping of orders. As part of our low-price commitment we will share any applicable discounts we receive through our shipping contracts.
Please note, we are unable to accept third-party billing setups for any shipments, we cannot ship COD, and we are unable to arrange orders for pickup by customers or by third-party shippers. Any applicable shipping charges must be paid in full before orders can be released to the customer.
Shipments and shipping times (including delays caused by the shipping
carrier) are subject to limitations as imposed by UPS, and as such may be outside of our control.
Returns & Cancellations
By placing orders through IsraeliSource.com, the customer is agreeing to the sales return and cancellation policy as set forth below:
Orders must be checked immediately upon receipt and errors must be reported to us by email to email@example.com within 48 hours of receipt (not including Shabbat and/or any Jewish Yom Tov holidays). We will only accept responsibility for shipping, rush, and/or product charges in the event that any errors which occur are at our own fault. We cannot accept responsibility for any information provided by the customer, nor can we compensate for any errors occuring as a result.
Any defects or mistakes for which we are responsible will be either replaced or credited at our sole discretion.
Orders returned without authorization will not be credited. We can only issue credit for quantities returned.
Orders returned at the discretion of the customer (where authorized) will be regarded as cancelled orders and are subject to cancellation fees as described below.
Please note that as we must be able to certify the kashrut of our products, we cannot accept returns of any food products, or of any items which appear to have been opened or used.
Cancelled orders are subject to cancellation charge as follows:
- Unprocessed (Pending) Orders - No Cancellation Fee
- Processed Orders - 20% Cancellation Fee
- Shipped Orders - 35% Cancellation/Restocking Fee, upon receipt of goods in saleable condition.
(Please note, we do not typically accept return shipments with COD charges, but in the event that such a shipment is received, at our sole discretion, any such charges will be recovered from the customer.)
